A Se Chung Oolong, also known by its Chinese name, Mao Xie. This tea is perfect for someone who enjoys an oolong with some punch. Medium bodied, with notes of gardenia, butter and honey.

Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F/90C. Use 3g / 1.5 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes.
