SHIPPING

Who do you use for shipping?
We currently offer USPS and Fedex.

Do you offer in store pick up?
We have in store pick up available at our warehouse on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am-3pm at 236 N James St, Suite B.

How long will it take to get to me?
Depending on the date of roast for your coffee, USPS typically arrives 2-3 days after shipment to most locations in the United States, however the speed of delivery is not guaranteed.  Please keep in mind that USPS does not ship on Sunday. 

Fedex Expedited typically takes 2-3 day from the time they pick up your order from the roastery. This usually happens within 2 business days of the shipment date.

Why is my shipment delayed?

Staffing shortages and challenges within USPS and Fedex continue to delay packages. Please reach out to the shipping provider with your tracking info for more information.

Why was my order marked as delivered but it was not?

Please allow 2 business days for your package to show up. We recommend checking with neighbors to see if it was delivered to a different address by accident. If it still hasn't arrived, please email us at info@brandywinecoffeeroasters.com and we will try our best to help locate it!

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we are working on adding monthly international shipments.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

Please email us at info@brandywinecoffeeroasters.com and we will get a new product out to you ASAP. We may request photos of damage to help determine how and where the damage occurred.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Whoops! We'll get the right item out to ya ASAP. Please send us a message at info@brandywinecoffeeroasters.com

 

COFFEE

When do you roast?

We roast Monday - Friday, and generally roast and ship your order within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.

How do I learn about new coffees?

Follow us on instagram @brandywinecoffeeroasters and sign up for our email list at the bottom of this page!

Do you have light and dark roasts?

Yes! Our roasts typically fall into the Light to Medium Light categories. Any dark roasts we have available will be labeled as Dark Roast. We always carry our Smithbridge Blend, which is our every day dark roast offering. 

Do you wholesale your coffee to coffee shops and stores?
Yes! We would love to work with you. Send an email to kevin@brandywinecoffeeroasters.com for all wholesale inquiries.
