Art of Sourcing

By carefully sample roasting and cupping a wide variety of coffees from regions around the globe, we are able choose from the world’s best curated beans, which represent the top one percent of specialty grade coffee in the world.

We focus on transparency in sourcing, from seed to cup, the country it’s from, the farm, and the goal of the farmer.  We pay the premium to ensure that farmers are adequately compensated for their efforts, and we take care to source green coffee that is processed according to responsible social, economic, and environmental standards. 

We work with several local importers and have have many co-op purchased and fair trade coffees, and are working to set up a direct trade relation within the year.
